The hosts were friendly, the breakfast was lovely the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable and the bedding was very clean and quality, will be staying there again in June.

location was perfect, the hosts were very friendly, the room was spot on with a really comfortable bed and the breakfast set you up for the day

everything was perfect from arriving to leaving, nothing was too much trouble for kev and heidi, if you needed anything i'm sure they would try to sort it out

Kev and Heidi are lovely and friendly hosts, The room was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs,stayed here before and will keep visiting when we stay at Blackpool.

Lovely hotel and fabulous hosts. Kev and Heidi were both great. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Cooked to perfection and clearly butchers, sausage and bacon. 👌🔥🔥🔥 would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

"Brilliant"

This place is an absolute gem ,so convenient and close to all main attractions. Spotlessly clean, well maintained, and the loveliest of hosts. The breakfast is spot on and in all honesty I can't fault this hotel. I stayed here 10 years ago and gave it the best review and it has been refurbished since then and still 10/10 but even better.

The only thing I could say is there are steps to the rooms so check before booking if you are less able , although I know the hosts would be more than happy to help to accommodate you.

"Perfect weekend in Blackpool"

Friendly welcome , very clean near to everything . Nice clean bed and towels . Staff were exceptionally lovely Kev and Heidi lovely people and very helpful Would recommend. Lovely breakfast could not fault.

I couldn’t fault it . The only thing I’d say if you were not too good on your feet ask for a lower floor as stairs are steep but I’m sure if you asked they would sort this lovely people I definitely would stay there again 100% .
