Kev and Heidi, brilliant hosts. 1st class breakfasts. Cleanest rooms in Blackpool. Very comfy beds, sheets pillows. At last Blackpool is upgrading itself, notable changes all over the town. KEV and HEIDI are an asset to the hospitality trade.

Great location. Lovely clean rooms and great breakfast. Hosts very friendly and helpful

The toilet has a raised edge around the base, so we had to be slightly more careful - but this is only a minor issue

Everything! The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

"Weekend break in Blackpool"

Just got back from a 2 night stay at Birch house. Kev and Heidi are excellent hosts very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay . Rooms spacious very clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Excellent location to all attractions and amenities. Would highly recommend the Birch house if you are looking for a BB in Blackpool.

Literally the cleanest hotel I have stayed in, the place was spotless. Everyone was so lovely and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay again

The shower had no water pressure when hot. It made it very difficult to wash my hair. When the water was turned to cold, the water pressure was great, just wish it had been better when hot.
