Seara Praia Hotel

The staff and location was great. However, in no way is this a "4-star" hotel. As others have mentioned, it is equivalent to a 2 star at best, maybe a 2.5 star in a stretch once the pool is in operation. The hotel was very loud as it is located next to a huge community pool and an outside skate park. The noise echos up to the rooms (as the walls to the hotel are open air) all day on weekends, in particular. Lots of loud non-stop talking and music for most of the day. The rooms are VERY primitive. There is one sheet on the bed that does not even fit right. I tried to get some kind of simple blanket- or anything- 4 times over my first two days, but that was all to no avail so I gave up. It is an older hotel on the beach, which gives it a lot of issues for those familiar what life is like living in a salt water area. Curtains and furniture are old, bed is bare, tile floors, noise, mold issues, and marginal housekeeping make this a rather tough stay. The restaurant was good, and again the staff was very friendly. The problem is, I think this is one of the better options in the city and on the beach, which says a lot about the competition. I did not see any better hotels, so I guess they don't need to worry about much. The facade looked fine as did the entrance/lobby, but the rooms were highly mediocre. The closest comparison I can make is it is on par with a Red Roof Inn. Not terrible, but very mediocre and definitely not even close to 4-star.

Incrível, muito satisfeita com tudo.

Ficamos cerca de uma semana neste hotel, chegamos pela madrugada, o checkin foi extremamente rápido. Café da manhã excelente, bem variado, contendo até opções sem glúten e veganas oq me surpreendeu positivamente mesmo não sendo veg, o restaurante oferece serviço de quarto 24hrs e foi excelente também, rápido e saboroso. Chegamos a jantar por lá e tbm foi ótimo. Todo atendimento do hotel extremamente cordial. Vi muitas avaliações ruins mas sinceramente não concordo com todas, a não ser que o quarto luxo relativamente pequeno, pensei que seria um pouco maior, principalmente o guarda roupas, as malas acabaram ficando espalhadas no quarto. Limpeza bem na media, não seria exatamente uma limpeza de hotel 5 estrelas como o hotel diz ser. A previsão da piscina era março/24 chegamos em Abril e a previsão era pro final do mês, então se vc está querendo ir por agora e faz questão, reveja. Apesar de alguns pontos não atenderem as expectativas, voltaria com certeza. É bem localizado, feirinha a pé, supermercados e farmácias na rua de tras.

Excelente ambiente e ótimo atendimento

Hotel necessitando de uma repaginada. Reservei apartamento frente mar, cama king, mas colchao velho e muito mole. Café da manhã sofrível, demora em repor produtos, nao tinha nem manteiga e fila enorme para pedir tapioca ou omelete. Decaiu muito.

O quarto está cansado e o atendimento é sempre frio.

Hotel is nice . Pool unavailable close to beach. There is an issue if you want to bring a friend that is not on initial reservation they won’t allow it any make you pay for separate room even if your room says up to four people and you are staying alone .

I had booked a one week stay at the Sierra. I had booked my flight and hotel and was going to meet my girlfriend in Fortaleza. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told I wouldn’t be able to check in until 2:00pm a five hour wait, during that time period no one mentioned there was an additional fee for my girlfriend to stay. At two pm check in began, I was then told I had to pay extra money my girlfriend to stay. I brushed it off and said sure, I was then told it was a nightly fee for the whole week!!!! Extortion to say the least.. I checked into the room and it smelled like cigarettes. I checked out the following day and not anyone from the hotel has called me. I would recommend everyone stay away from this place!!
