Seara Praia Hotel

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Upon arriving at the hotel there were 2 couriers or porters at the door, no one helped us to take our bags and place them in the hotel lobby. At the first moment when entering the apartment, it was soon realized that the floor had not been cleaned, it was necessary to request the cleaning service. The next day, the restaurant closed the lunch and dinner service, and the breakfast was horrible, even missing coffee, milk, crockery and cutlery. The room was cleaned only twice in the 6 days of accommodation, always lacking soap, shampoo, face towel and even toilet paper. Everything was asked at reception and nothing was answered. The laundry service must be requested, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain clean towels. The location of the hotel is very good, but on the other hand, I do not recommend booking.

O nosso tempo no hotel foi ótimo. Todos muito educados e prontos para ajudar. Apenas um rapaz que trabalha na área da piscina não foi muito educado e me tratou com um pouco de desprezo e desinteresse em ajudar. Mas fora isso eu gostei do hotel.

Staff atencioso e solícito. Os apartamentos precisam de melhor manutenção, como com ar condicionado e com ducha higiênica do banheiro.

Perfectly nice hotel, though it is a bit of a stretch to think of it as five stars. The positives include a very good restaurant and a nice rooftop pool and Jacuzzi (though perhaps too small). The room was rather dull and poorly lit, with a few non-working fixtures, but a nice bathroom.

Hotel rooms are somewhat outdated. Staff is kind and courteous. Recommended for leasure, not sure if it's the best option for business travel.
