Hotel Ambasciatori

This hotel is lovely - location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the view to the sea from the balcony is amazing. However, the main positive feature of the hotel is the concierge Filippo who made not only our stay but also our transfer from Napoli airport to the hotel, further around the island and back to the mainland a troubleless joy. Also, he guided us to the best sightseing points and great restaurants in the Ischia Porto area. Thank you again Filippo!

It would be nice if the hotel's guests had access to sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach in front of the hotel. Otherwise only positive comments.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und engagiert. Tolle Lage, geräumige Zimmer. Durch und durch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Very welcoming staff, gave us recommendations for the island , very knowledgeable. Has heated outdoor pool along with an indoor pool in the spa area, sauna extra small cost. I had the ambassador package at the spa , was very relaxing and great value at €100 for 3 treatments. We got upgraded for the last night as celebrating special anniversary to a sea view room which was beautiful, cocktails good too. Breakfast included, lots of options Very good location , on the beach and short stroll to the port and to the Castello Argonese.

The staff were very helpful in all aspects. The location was near the beach and very short walk to Port, the Castle and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very good- even offering eggs cooked to order.

WI-FI was terrible. Had to go to the lobby to use WIFI. Hotel claims to have a Sauna. Most of it was not accessible and cost extra to use. I would have to give several hours notice for them to turn it on and then it cost 10E/person to use. Dogs and kids everywhere. Had dogs sitting at tables during breakfast and at the pool. Pool was WAY too crowded with lounges packed tightly together.

The property was located close to the port and restaurants and was easy to get around the island from there.
