Staff at breakfast excellent but food on offer not the best

La atencion de todo el personal es muy buena, nos recomendaron a que lugares ir y fueron siempre muy serviciales. La ubicacion es inmejorable. Esta soble la playa ya 1 cuadra del centro comercial

Solo habia wifi en el lobby. Desde la habitacion nunca nos pudimos conectar en 4 dias. Hicimos el reclamo y nos diejron que llamarian al tecnico pero nunca lo solcionaron. Una pena que algo tan basico como el wifi empañe nuestra experiencia Tambien cuando fuimos al spa nos tuvimos que ir porque estaba lleno de mosquitos

The staff were unbelievable, in particular Felipo at reception who was so accommodating-he helped with dinner reservations, taxis, bus tickets, towels and all the advice and best places to see on the island! So helpful, made check in so easy and just attended to anything asked for!!! Loved it all, perfectly situated on the beach and one street away from the main town area so lots of options for shops, bars, carafes and restraunts nearby

Nothing, it was perfect

Right on the beach, the water was clean. It was a sandy beach opposed to rocks very accessible to Town shopping and dining overall a wonderful experience.

Parking was very tight

I cannot say enough about the hotel staff. So accommodating to every need we had. Phillipo was truly one of a kind and we loved his service and help in moving around Ischia

Great location, it was just a few steps from the sea. Friendly hotel staff, especially Filippo. He worked above and beyond to help us with restaurant reservations, boat tickets, etc.

Breakfast could be better with more variety.

Staff were very helpful, we had to leave early for a family emergency, a member of staff drove us to the port as there were no taxis available. Above and beyond normal levels of service!!!

Nära till havet och restauranger. Dessutom en trevlig pool precis intill havet.

Filippo in reception was friendly and helpful . He gave us advice on where to eat, what buses to catch to see the rest of island and assisted us with other matters during our stay. Thank you Filippo! The location on the beach is good with close proximity to shops, restaurants etc. However, the beach in front of the hotel is private and you have to pay a beach director if you want a sun lounge and you need to find somewhere (out of the private areas) to leave your towel and belongings. The pool is nice with some shade and a bar. There are lots of sun beds but these fill up quickly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms air conditioned with tile floors to keep them cool. We had a beach view room which had beautiful views across the ocean. The cleaning staff were friendly and did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and facilities clean.

The hotel had a lovely bar area. However, it was not staffed during our 5 day stay. We asked about this and we were directed to the pool bar. This was disappointing as the bar area furnished with indoor and outdoor areas with views across the beach and ocean. It is underutilised and would be the perfect location for a late afternoon aperitif . A jug, cups and glasses in the rooms along with tea and coffee making facilities would be useful, as well as an iron.
