It’s location and pet friendly. Was quite in the little back unit which was good because we were on busy main road . Very friendly owners.

It’s an old block of motels so the bathroom toilet area was added on back very tight area for my biggish husband.

We were there 5 days our room was serviced once Bin emptied once Had keep asking for change of towels Lighting bad No sky TV like advertised Front window had big Crack in Vent in toilet bathroom never worked it kept streaming the wall and mirror Small step to shower turn then a small step to toilet was a trip hazard The wall in room had broken gib like someone smashed it The fan was so small the size of a cd On stwitch turned on all the lights including shower and toilet to go to toilet early morning you turn on all the lights to use toilet The front door had been blackened out when turn of lights and there is light coming in thru the edges Do people come and inspect these room before they are allowed to rent out I have stayed in alot of motel hotels because of my job and unit 10 is up there a the worst I stayed in

Close to town the pool and the beach, staff were very helpful

The welcome was very warm, and the facilities were as expected. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the place was very clean and well-presented. Yes, the decor is a little dated, but we didn't come here for a fashion display. The location was excellent, and given the proximity to SH1 and heavy traffic, the room was reasonably quiet - the double glazing, while not pretty, is very effective. If you are fond of cats, then you will also love Honey, the resident affectionate feline, who is extremely well cared for, and tells lies about how recently she has been fed. We'd definitely come back here!

The quality of the WiFi was poor. Internet speeds were way too slow and the TV feed quality made it unwatchable. Otherwise, we have no complaints about this accommodation.
