First, the lady at the reception has a strong and unfriendly voice. She said, "do you have reservations?" since we came by 2 taxi, some arrived earlier. Then she said "they're already at 2nd floor, go to 2nd floor" it was not really a very good welcoming customer service. Then at the 2nd floor we were confused because the lady said at the 2nd floor have reception but we saw a parking lot. Not knowing the reception office is at the side of the parking. We dealt with the receptionist quicker than I thought because the Filipino client before us stayed long time with all his questions and concerns. The room door key is confusing to use at first. The air-conditioned is not controlled by key so it was okay, we can keep the ac open even we're not in the room. After our bad experience in the hotel at Bohol, Asian mansion room was a relief for me. Has a good and comfortable bathroom but I slipped 2 times. Until now my ankle hurts hehehe My husband complained as soon as we saw the room because the room has 2 separate single bed. He said "how can we sleep?! We are couples!" lol. It was good that they offered to fix the bed for us. Sunday morning we asked for our breakfast at 9:30 not knowing that they have this rule that breakfast every Sunday ends at 9am. Our parents at the other room were waiting for the breakfast until 11am. But the reception said they forgot to deliver. Mom said it was better we did not had our breakfast because the food served is not good and was like ordered from outside. 10:30 am someone knocked on our door and asked if we will check out or extend our stay. It's disturbing and unnecessary question for me. Check out time is 12nn. The reception said they normally do round check in the morning if guests extend or checkout. For me it's not the proper way to do so. 11:30 I received a call asking if my other family members from the other room will check out because no one answers her call. My family was in my room at that time and they will check out. I don't know why they keep on bothering checkouts and extends like that. It was disturbing and nosy. The advantage is it has a good view from the 20th floor, it is near to the malls and easy to go back and forth to the airport.

The elevator closed on me and i was caught in between the doors. It was painful. :( We had a hard time figuring out how to open the door. The room was nice on the 17th floor. the view was great, everything else was nice except for out first encounters with the doors! haha

The last time I stayed here was 4 years ago, for training. I never really minded the service and the room as it was all paid by the company. However, just last month, my fiance decided to book there to stay over night as we had to meet a few relatives in Manila. We arrived in Manila at 5 in the morning from Bangkok. We were both tired and in need of rest, so we decided to pay for the early-check-in rate on top of our accommodation fee. When we get there, (the reception is located on the outskirt corner of the second floor) Our room rate was 1900 for their standard suite. We were told there was no room available yet, however there was another (higher end) room available but it would mean we have to pay half of the on-the-spot-rate which was around 2,25k plus (the on the spot rate was around 4500 pesos). Our total bill would be more than 4k! We asked if they can just give us a free upgrade and explained to the reception lady that we were really tired. But to no avail she didn't let us stay, instead, she told us to come back at 11am to check in. Brokenhearted, my fiance and i decided to stay at mcdonalds nearby and we walked around Greenbelt when it opened. We were both down with a fever at that time, but we didn't have a choice. When we got back at 12NN, there was still no room available! A different receptionist was now in front of us and offered us a free upgrade of the room! What the hell?! We would have been very happy to hear about it if it happened earlier that morning! We understand they have rules to follow, but a little customer service would have been very great and would be greatly appreciated if they suggested it when we first arrived! Positive Side: 1. nice location (that just it) Negative Side: 1. Crap Customer Service. 2. Old and smelly room. 3.Creepy building.

Staff were all very courteous and polite n helpful!

Condotel is old and smelly old. Reception at the 2nd floor, the room Porter was nice brought us up quick to our room. Room is really roomy for 2 bedroom with kitchen and dining set and sofa couch. The bathroom is okay, hot and cold water running great too. What I like is , it is convenient and accessible to transportation, restaurant and shopping mall it is 5 to 10 minutes walk. The drawback is no free WiFi but they offer us a pocket WiFi for 1000 pesos deposit and 150 a night for data which is pretty fast. The food is okay not fantastic.

I suggest you guys not to coming to stay here. I always lost my money and value stuff. After reported no respond for anything and for lost case still happened again and again. It's not necessary that we need to check our belonging when we keep inside the place !

The building from the outside looked old so we were thinking the interiors were the same. Pleasantly surprised to find Room 805 with up-to-date kitchen facilities, clean bathroom and thick beds. Though, the keys are a bit confusing to use!

The remodeled rooms were done nicely. The staff was very prompt to my needs.

I booked at this hotel because of its location, its is near greenbelt and its fairly cheap. I just needed a place to stay for a day or two because i have to meet someone and attend some business nearby. Ill keep this review sweet and short - Reception area of the hotel is at the BASEMENT PARKING. what gives? anyway, not a problem - This is where the problem starts, Very disrespectful front desk officer. This girl at the reception area, whom i forgot the name, was very rude, very unprofessional and untrained, She wouldn't even give me her managers name or contact. I was very tired to argue during that time so i let it slide. - Very old rooms, furniture, everything is old. INSECTS EVERYWHERE! Stain in the bedsheets. I ask for my room to be changed but they told me that it is the only room that they have. I check online and i saw there are still rooms available. Yea, very honest of you guys. In the end, i had to checkout early and find another hotel. The front desk officer was a pain to talk to. No people skill at all. No communication skill whatsoever. I seriously urge this guys to find a new front desk officer. My experience with this hotel is so bad that i am not referring this to other Expat's like me. Infact, i am telling them to stay away from this hotel. I just hope that you improve your customer service next time.
