Asian Mansion Il

This is my 2nd time to stay in this place. Location is sgood be ause it is just a walking distance to Ayala and Glorietta. Studio room is simple nut it is ok for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

I have stayed here a few times, but each time it gets worse. Instead of staff improving they get worse. I arrived late and tired. I got to the reception to check in and instead of greeting me the staff answered the phone and was talking on the phone, ignoring me and making me wait. Then she screwed up my breakfast order I found out the next morning. Finally, waiting 5 minutes for an elevator is too long. At night they close 1 of their 2 elevators down to save electricity, which means an average wait time of at least 5 minutes. When breakfast arrived, it was cold, and also not what I ordered. Avoid this hotel, as it gets worse and worse.

I reserved and paid for a prime studio unit supposed to have a quuen bed and a single bed but they gave us a room with just a queen bed. They were not planning to do anything until i complained. They gave us an extra bed which made the room smaller.

I booked this hotel in good faith and was surprised on arrival to see that it did not have, as stated in the online description, any of these: - fitness spa - bar - restaurant - internet "high speed" - safe deposit box Allt these things were listed on the page about Asian Mansion II but on site they were not to be found . There should also be an outdoor pool. Hahahaha!!! One of two elevators was mostly out of order (which is a problem in a house with almost 30 floors) and the interiors of my room was a hotchpotch from the junkyard. The "kitchen" was an antique stove plate on which I once tried to boil a cup of tea. It took half an hour. Last day I had an encounter with an enormous cockroach in my room and a strange discussion with the reception about check-out time and the fact that I had only been offered breakfast one out of six mornings (even though breakfast was included in the price). Anything good with this hotel? The location, close to Greenbelt.

If you want to be in the center of it all in Makati, without breaking the bank, then Asian Mansion II is the place to be! Located steps from Greenbelt 5, AMII provides easy access to the financial district's elegant shopping malls and a wide range of restaurants and eateries. Buses, jeeps, the LRT - light rail transit - facilitate transport to one's destination. The airport is approximately 11 minutes by taxi via the Metro Manila Skyway.

Room was very clean and well located in the Makati district of Manila. Staff was nice and accommodating. The only real criticism is that the hot water in the shower was not consistent and there was no Wifi available.

Stayed 21 days everything was good for the price except the air conditioner was next to the bed and the noise was to loud to sleep properly need to turn it off to sleep then back on a few hrs later when the heat came back also the pillows could be better quality. The pool was fun staff friendly enough. Location was great taxi always easy to get plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. 7 eleven was great next door.

My favourite place to stay if I'm in town because of its proximity to Greenbelt , Glorietta and Landmark. Good value for money.
