Although upon booking this hotel, breakfast was included on my confirmation email, the hotel insisted it wasn't !! After 4 very long phone calls to hotels.com they finally agreed to include breakfast .. on the very last day of a 7 night stay. The staff were arrogant and really quite rude in the handling on the situation !

Good hotel but needs refurbisment.

Nice enough place. But no Wifi and no restaurant on site. Everything ad to be ordered thru room service. Staff is nice.

I would like to come again for my future visit.. I really love the room and your service;-)

Disappointing. Overrated. Office in garage! Noisy inadequate old air conditioner Curtain rod broken, no one came to repair. No hot water for an enire day. Very poor lighting. However, clean, comfortable bed, renovated (cheaply)

Everything at Asian Mansions was great. Room very clean. Staff very friendly, and seen to all our needs very promptly, our second stay, and we would recommend it to anyone, we would gladly stay here again. Bill, Ida & Jesse. Australia.

We booked three adults in one room. The booking was confirmed. But there were only two beds and the third bed came at extra cost.

service is good and people at customer service are very accomodating.

I stayed at the Asian Mansion on 2 different dates in the month of January and February 2013. The hotel is only a 2 star at best. The rooms are "extremely tired" and in serious need of paint and new furniture. The breakfast was below average. On the positive side, a hot shower is available and the location of the hotel is safe and in an excellent area close to the malls, businesses, and other features of Makati. I hope that hotel management will invest some money in bringing this hotel up to modern day standards. The hotel has so much potential if the management is willing to upgrade. Otherwise, save your money and try either One Greenbelt Hotel or the Crown Regency in Makati.
