Location is great but the hotel has seen better days. And checking in on the 2nd floor garage entrance was a bit strange.

A good hotel at a good price! I like the full kitchen and the flat screen TV. The breakfast was good too.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Asian Mansion II....the room was very nice and spacious and the hotel staff and room service staff were always friendly and helpful to us. The hotel is located within walking distance from 4 major malls.....We will stay here again in the near future.

The place is only 5 minutes walk to Greenbelt and 10 minutes to other shops in Makati. The room is very spacious and very clean, there is house keeping every day. Room facilities is average compared to other hotels - taps and pipes needs fixing, fridge and stove need to be upgraded. Though breakfast was provided every morning and shops is close by so you do not really need to cook in the hotel. Staff provided excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and helpful and there is 24 hour room service. The only thing I was not happy about it was advertised as having internet access. There was no internet access available neither in the facility nor in the room. But overall I am still happy with the hotel and the room for the price I got $45-$55 AUD per night. If the price was higher then I would have easily gone somewhere else.

Dont be put off by the reception appearing to be in a car park. This appartment hotel is great if you are on a budget. Very close to Ayala shopping mall. Other fast food eateries & ATMs are 2 minutes walk. 1 international ATM is just 5 metres away from the front door.

fair enough to stay

Arriving at 1.15am , there was no assistance available at the small entrance door of hotel. To Check in one has to go up to the second floor, negotiate a narrow passageway, walk through a small carpark and locate the poorly signed door to a check in desk. The rooms are very old and in need of an update, although they were clean. On checking out early the same morning, it was difficult to get to the check out counter as the narrow passage way was blocked by plastic crates and other items. Would not use this hotel again, it was very dissapointing and not up to its internet portrayal.

Clean. A good place to stay if you have the money for it and are staying long enough to benefit from the kitchen, fridge, stove, etc. BUT no hot water in shower.... breakfast on departure day was late, making it hard to catch my plane... kitchen got breakfast order wrong... and no change at the front desk! (What the hell is it with vendors in the Philippines that they want the CUSTOMER to produce change????). Also, a very strange front desk --- had to go thru parking garage to get to it. Blinds did not cover window, or block light at night. But a clean, comfortable room.

I ordered breakfast for two at a set time and every morning during my stay at least one if not both the breakfast delivered was different to the actual order and the delivery was never at the time requested. The delivery was either before or after the requested time and may vary from 5-30 minutes to the requested time. I had the same problem when i used this hotel previously, but the location is the main reason that i keep on using this hotel and will put up with the breakfast inconvenience.

started off at Asian Mansion. not a bad place but it didnt have internet. spoke to the management and they transfered me to Prince Plaza 2. its just a few blocks away. Prince Plaza is nice and right next to Greenbelt Mall and nightlife. the rooms have a small kitchen but no oven just microwave. i am going back and will probably get a room at PP2 again.
