The staff and room was great.

Our room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The ice machine was out of order. We stayed at the same Red Roof last year and the ice machine was out of order. There must be only one ice machine on the premises. There seems to be a lack of interest to details in managing this Red Roof Inn!!

Example: The sink was filthy. I SINCERELY thought somebody poured a 1/4 bottle of oregano into the sink. Cleary ZERO cleaning occured in the sink. Also had small holes in the wall.. kind of the size of nails but a little bigger but definitely not from missing pictures. I'm a single guy, low maintenance, but this was definitely below average... and I've previously slept in my car so I dont have a high bar. Another example is ice machine didnt work. Looked like it wasnt even plugged in. I'm switching to different hotel for next several days.

The sheets were clean and crisp. The location of the property was great. The front office staff were professional and friendly.

The bedspreads could have been cleaner; they had stains on them. the room could have used a deep clean, because there were stains on the walls, the surfaces were dusty, also. The phone wasn't connected so I had to call the general number and be switched to the property's front desk to ask for toilet paper. We didn't have any bath towels. I had to go down to front desk and ask for them. The bathroom door had some water damage near the floor; it really needed to be replaced.

The place was dirty and the breakfast was terrible.

The people around were nice..

The property looks like we in the ghetto.
