The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. We did find roaches in the room and the pool wasn’t open. Looked like it hasn’t been open in years.

Extremely knowledgeable and supportive desk staff. Explained everything in great detail.

To whom it may concern, we booked this trip because it was recommended by hotels.com I have never ever seen a room in worse condition. The curtain was broken, the sink was broken, the ceiling was falling apart, the bed had BLOOD ON THE BLANKET, and a yellow stain! We tried to call to complain but the phone is also broken! This place was a disaster to the point we were calling around trying to find somewhere else to stay. This is ridiculous and the smell was atrocious. I would like a partial refund for this room. I am very disappointed in our stay here! This is ridiculous.

The desk staff, Chris, was great! He was funny and yet caring at the same time. Breakfast was pretty good for this type of hotel. I got a nice night of rest and a good breakfast.

Bathroom toilet was hard to flush. Bath towels are small and a little scratchy.

Dirty, housekeeping sucked, cigarette butts and trash outside everywhere, room smelled of cat urine, loud music from cars in parking lot, never again, will recommend friends/family not go there!

Staff pleasant. Shower and bathroom fixtures worn. No ice machine. Food ok as expected

There were loads of bugs in my room. I had to leave. Chris at the front desk was nice, but I have to rate my stay as terrible because I drove back home to Maryland after a long day at Busch Gardens. It was dangerous which was why I reserved the hotel in the first place. I just wanted something reasonably priced where I could sleep for one night.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here.. The website said they had a pool and their hours open however the pool has not worked or been open since COVID. Ice machine wasn't working, people would let their dog s*** and not clean it up. Besides that the rooms were very clean and staff were awesome and friendly. Would book again there

HAIR in the bed, mold in the shower, stained sheets
