One particular restaurant staff member (Reyal) was extremely attentive and gave us outstanding service at lunch this morning. He is a very kind person who genuinely cared about making our experience there terrific.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, very well located and superb receptionist in Illiara. The hotel is very well-situated and has a lot going for it. The room also had fitness weights which was a great idea. However, there are some drawbacks and it is worth knowing them. The room was lacking in sufficient power sockets and had poor lighting - we asked for an extension lead and more lights and they were produced instantly - we were clearly not the first to ask! The room was very big but poorly laid out with too few power sockets. The bathroom was spacious but up a step. The lifts are very small and could prove challenging for someone in a wheelchair. Overall, very good but some bedroom designers could turn this into an "excellent" relatively easily.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were elegant, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing. A special thank you to Reyal, who made our experience even more memorable with her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude truly stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Not a good experience. The breakfast was very poor with runny, uncooked scrambled eggs and uncooked bacon sitting in a mound of fat. The manager of the breafast area has a difficult job as her staff are two young girls who don't speak English and just clear dishes from tables. There was no bread at 9am!! Took 1/2 hour to get tasteless bread. Food quality was not good. In addition, we had security concerns as anyone could walk in off the street and not be seen by the front desk. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This hotel does exactly what is says it does. The rooms are modern, tidy, with all facilities. The location is simply perfect for exploring Verona both day and night. All major areas within minutes walk. The staff are so welcoming, so attentive and add little extras in a quiet and unassuming manner. We mentioned we have seen some local biscuits in the hotel and were immediately presented with a lovely packaged tub of them as a gift. Despite its location it is quiet and we slept very well. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and smells heavenly. Quiet, relaxing, lovely place - highly recommended.
