NH Collection Palazzo Verona

This is a great hotel in an ideal location in the centrer of Verona. The staff provide excellent service and the suite we stayed in was perfect. My rating would have been 5-stars had it not been for what we experienced on the evening of our second night when a reception for 200+ people, for a luxury automotive brand, was held at the hotel. The hotel is relatively small, with no dedicated function room, so it was inevitable that the reception would take took over the whole of the ground floor – with the resultant impact on guests. Furthermore, the music was so loud throughout the hotel. The hotel obviously chose to hold this event with no consideration of the impact it would have on their hotel guests. A word of warning: if you are planning to stay at this hotel first check whether they will be holding a reception during your stay and, if you do book, make it subject to no such event being held.

Beautiful decoration and spacious rooms.

Limited amounts of drinking water provided. No blanket or iron available. Staff was very responsive and provided both items right away.

The location was great!!! Only that!!! The rest was average!!!!

First of all my check in time was not respected!!! Second my room had a door connecting to other room and i could hear everything that happens in the other room!!! Very poor from what i expected

Write a review on our stay at NH Collection Verona: - warm welcome and stored out luggage while the room was getting ready as we arrived early - room was great and everything we needed, plenty of room in. - great location and access to everything we needed, all within walking distance. Especially the best Gelati in Verona - breakfast was great along with the coffee. Hot and cold options including omelettes. - highly recommend it for anyone staying in Verona.

This hotel was s a gem! Perfect location and just joy to stay at. Such lovely staff, so warm and helpful!! Would definitely recommend this place and should we return to Verona would stay again and again.

Pieces of the history of the buildings restored are evident all over the hotel. The staff are always very accommodating and helpful and friendly. A really great choice for any traveler to Verona
