"Great stay in Verona"

Friendly and helpfull staff. Great room and we slept quitly and very good beds. A little small bathroom for the suite room. Breakfast was limited choise but very friendly servants We enjoyed very much

Great Hotel in a good location downtown on a quiet street. Great Service. Rooms are modern, clean, great beds and good temperature control of room and shower, with thick towels. I need modern and comfortable, not dusty and dingy. We were in town for pleasure Silvia Chiampan made us comfortable and guest relations helped me get a packing cube of clothing back easily.. I already sent to NH my review Real in the Breakfast area was great.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Mrs Eulia in the morning breakfast and also at the bar was outstanding and she fully understands the hospitality industry. If I had the power I would promote her immediately to the next level position.
