"Outstanding hotel...stay here!"

Lovely hotel with great breakfast, numerous offerings. Top notch front desk staff, excellent memory and provided many good tips about touring the surrounding area. Special shout out for Reyal, the host in the breakfast room. He was extremely attentive, personable and keen to make certain we had everything we needed. He made me a special tea concocted of ginger, mint, lemon & honey.

When you want a home from home feeling when surrounded by quality this is a wonderful choice. Brilliantly close to the heart of Verona but secluded enough to be quiet and calming. Wonderful Staff with great knowledge of the area and suppliers for whatever took your fancy - even phoning ahead to make sure you wouldn't be wasting time looking in the worng place for the things you wanted. Cannot speak highly enough about the way the hotel added to our Verona experience..... thank you so very much
