"Good"

We stayed two evenings and the manager was so rude and unprofessional toward guests. Breakfast took over an hour to serve! Staff not the level you would expect.

Stayed for business. Really really good quality bed (I've stayed in A LOT of hotels in GUERNSEY) and very clean, well equipped. Check in until 10:30pm was manned but they were going to make arrangements for even later booking. Wifi was also good quality which is quite something for Guernsey

"Good as always"

Stayed here again and, as always my stay was faultless. I was in a newly renovated room which was comfy, clean and very well equipped. Had a cheeky swim in the heated outdoor pool. Evening meal was of a very high standard as was breakfast. I'll be back in September.

Amazing restaurant and bar. Staff could not be more helpful. Room was a little small but functional. Also room was a little noisy in the morning when Cleaning staff arrive early.
