La atención del personal es excelente, todos muy amables, las instalaciones son cómodas, el desayuno es rico.

El ruido, en las madrugadas se siente el ruido de los demás huéspedes saliendo a sus tour.

Cerca a la plaza puede ser.

El precio y ubicación, se ve inseguridad, ahora la habitación es muy precaria, no hay privacidad se ve todo desde fuera para el precio las habitaciones son muy viejas y simples Podría decir mas cosas pero creo que pueden mejorar su infraestructura

A localização era muito próxima da praça das armas, vários barzinhos próximos também.

Estava bastante frio e a calefação desligava sozinha na madrugada. Acredito que era desligada de propósito, pois pela manhã voltava a funcionar. O chuveiro não aqueceu o suficiente para um banho quente visto que o clima estava frio. Pelo hotel ficar proximo a bares e pubs, ele acaba sendo um pouco barulhento e as pessoas que frequentam o hotel são mais agitadas também

Acabamento do quarto é pessimo, precisa de reforma, Richard invadiu muito nossa prioridade entrando no quarto conosco, fechando a porta e cobrando a avaliação do hotel.-
