"Ok, was fine for just one night but wouldn’t stay for longer."

Good location, bed was fairly comfortable.

Thin walls and big window looking out onto the hallway, so didn’t feel very private. Room was very basic and didn’t feel particularly cosy or pleasant to be in.

Excelente ubicación a unos 5 minutos de la plaza principal,el personal muy atento y dispuestos a atender nuestras necesidades. El personal del comedor en especial la Sra Karla muy atenta y cordial. El personal de la recepción en especial la Srta. Maribel excelente atención muy gentil y cordial. Mis felicitaciones a todo el personal del Hotel.

Rien

Plusieurs cafards dans la premiere chambre que l'on nous a donné au rdc. Odeur de remonté d'égouts dans la 2nd chambres. Serviettes sales. Draps sales avec des traces suspectes... . Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche. L'hôtel est gloque et il est clairement possible de trouver mieux a Cusco.

I liked the free breakfast and the location to the square.

The staff seemed annoyed to be there, the hotel is next to and under a night club so bring ear plugs. It’s a bit dingy and honestly not great value.
