A good bed, a good night of sleep. Decent breakfast in the morning. The place was clean and did what it was supposed to do.

There is no WiFi in the room-that’s a big problem for somebody who is not from around here and doesn’t have data. Other issues I had were: Lady came in at 8 am with a bag of laundry that wasn’t even mine. After I told her it’s not mine she left but failed to close the door. I woke up 15 min later with a door open. The queen bad, or king bad or whatever they wanna call it-it’s two twin beds (with ridges) stuck together. So essentially you just have to choose a side and stick to it. Unless you are into back pain. They know their WiFi is a problem but pretend they don’t. There is a party going on at night until at least 11 pm and with their paper thin walls you can hear everything. Basically like a party in your room, music, laugher and all. Would be cool if you chose to have a party, however, if you needed peace and quiet -nooooo. There is also no AC and no heating. You are at a mercy of Bogota weather for the day and the night. For the price - way this is a good value. I have been to many, many places in many countries. Trust me, for this money you can get a lot better place. In fact there is a hotel just a few minute drive down the same street, maybe you want to check that out. I haven’t been there but I heard it’s nice and WiFi works there. From the good things: The restaurant is good and has good people. I feel bad for these guys cause they work hard and deliver great service. But I have to give this hotel 1 star review.

The hotel has something to do in the evening. Table tennis, big TV with games, table football, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi - all at no extra charge. Massage treatments are available at a surcharge. Sports competitions between guests are also often organized in the evenings. Good breakfasts (to my taste). Beautiful music in the restaurant, which is located in the center of the perimeter of the hotel, sometimes a live voice. The hotel Manager who tried to teach me a little Spanish and his team creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. In General, I have only positive emotions from living in this hotel.

Overall Good facility with very good breakfast , all service available, Nice view , Good transport facility. Only improvement suggestion ; No currency exchange in Hotel which could be improved further specifically for international traveler , I was travelling from Germany , off course accept all credit cards but in cases it could help.

Excelente servicio durante mi estadía en él. El personal muy agradable y sevicial, todo super bueno, los servicios, restaurant, movilización (taxis) a toda hora. Todo muy positivo.

Good hotel considering the location, very noisy atrium, when in the room your hear the restaurant activities as they were in the room itself, poor internet, clean and friendly service breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff, good transportation service, clean room and shower, so for the location it is acceptable, unless you prefer being stuck in traffic to and from work as it is extremely heavy during rush hour in and out of Bogotá.

The room is small for someone that stay for more than 1 month at the hotel, despite of that everything is perfect. Is near to the factories and the company's. Its about 40 min to Bogota downtown. its cold, and do not have air conditioning.

For a european business travller, this is a hotel, just like they make them in italaly A bed, show, wifi and tv Thats it No heating which is a downside, or cooling Stff is very friends and you are safe, good hotel if you want to stay out of bogota center
