The B&B offers a warm welcome, hospitable hosts, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and a good breakfast. My experience in this house is very positive because I felt there safe as a solo female traveler. I would love to go back there :)

"Authentic guest house in beautiful nature"

Rob and Tanja were great and authentic hosts. Both had some great recommendations for our time in Windermere. Especially the English breakfast was phenomenal. The lake and Bowness are in walking distance from the accommodation and there is a regular bus line to near other villages.

Great location

The single room with the private bathroom (across the landing) isn’t worth £85 per night. I would say it should be £20 -£30 less Found the owner, Rob, a little bit off. He wasn’t rude, but found his reaction to me not having breakfast and how I checked out a bit strange.
