Right in the middle of Windermere. Lovely accommodation, Rob and Tanya couldn't be more welcoming and friendly it was a real pleasure staying at the Autumn Leaves not too mention a cracking breakfast.

"Enjoyed the stay, the guest house is located on a quiet street."

Breakfast was good, location was good, very close to amenities and also very quiet. There is some on street parking but this can be a bit of a lottery though there is a pay car park across the road. We walked down to Lakeside which was a mile away, nice walk. There is a bus stop at the corner of the street however and buses appear frequent enough. Some nice restuarants nearby. All in all nice place to stay and if I were visiting Lake district again would be happy to book the Autumn Leaves for our stay. Anyone with mobility issues may best let the hosts know as the stairs to 2nd floor can be a bit steep.

If anything potential to pay for parking. 1st time for us staying in a guest house so not really sure what to expect, next time we will take our own toiletries. You are provided with adequate towels and a shower gel.
