Close to the “buzz” of Windermere - an especially good Italian restaurant close by. The host, Rob, was friendly and helpful and prepared a wonderful breakfast.

Three flights of stairs are hard work on travellers in their seventies. Our room was cramped and stuffy.

Room was a good size for 2 of us to stay for a few days. Bedding was comfortable. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and were very relaxed in terms of us notifying them about breakfast - which the food was very nice. The B&B is close to the top of town which has a range of shops, bars, and restaurants, it is very close to the bus stop for transport down to the lakes or other areas and is only a short walk down to the lakes, making this an ideal spot.

To see as much of the Lakes as possible in a short time. Autumn Leaves was just perfect for this.

Autumn Leaves, was really clean and very comfortable, perfect for what we wanted.
