The Naswa Resort

I’ve driven by this place 100 times and always wanted to stay - the colorful cottages seemed so fun. Overall, location and views are great. Our room wasn’t very clean and is incredibly dated. Without AC running the room had an awful smell. Review the room details very thorough on before booking- we were disappointed with the lake view room thinking we were on the waterfront when really we were in the building across the street. The bar & grill is the main draw to this place - great waterfront party spot! Personally I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, nor would I stay again. For $400 a night, there are much better options.

Beautiful beach front bar and restaurant and great location to see a show at Bank of NH pavilion

Only stayed one night, but enjoyed the beach area

The service at the resort was very good and friendly. Beach was clean, kayak and paddleboard were accessible easily, the complimentary boat tour of the lake is very interesting. You can walk easily to Wiers beach and the boardwalk. However, mattress were too soft (you will roll in the middle of it). The restaurant inside was nice but the hostess was arrogant and told us that we didn't deserved to be served in a reasonnable time since we didn't have a réservation (took 2h before we got served). We also wittnessed her being mean to an old lady. To sum up, you either get a good service or a very bad one. Roll the dice. The restaurant by the beach is perfect.

The beach area and bar are nice. The rooms are small, but clean. The restaurant on site has great food, but the service was unacceptablely slow. It took 30 minutes to get eggs at breakfast with only 3 other tables occupied

Nice Place Close To Weirs Beach

We were in the building across a very busy street from the lake and resort amenities. We didn't realize this when we booked. We had to climb 4 flights stairs from the beach/ bar to our room which i think they should warn you about. It was okay for me, but a bit difficult for my husband.

Close to many resturaunts and shops

We had a great time at Nazwa, food was much better than expected and the staff and servers were exceptional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
