The Naswa Resort

Excellent staff. The air conditioning in my room turned on and off all night making it very hard to sleep. Great restaurant on site.

Our stay at the NASWA was fantastic. 3 nights/4 days in a beachfront room with a balcony in the Aquavista. Great location on Lake Winni. We took a complimentary boat ride with Captain David, offered to guests of the NASWA. We had a great breakfast at the Blue Bistro, then dinner and drinks right on the beach. The staff and all the servers were super friendly. The room was cute and clean with plenty of closet/dresser drawer space, but you sink right into the beds (a bit too soft). The parking spaces are tight, best for smaller vehicles or compact cars. Definitely planning to return next year.

On the water is very convenient, also the two restaurants on site. Parking was tight but plenty in the lot across the street. The unit definitely needs a lot of updating. Carpets are very old and dirty, appliances and furnishings are from the 80s. Would definitely stay again but would try to get a cabin instead of a studio suite.

The Naswa beach was filled with sand fleas. And the two of us had our ankles bitten and was itchy for a few days.

We were disappointed by the ‘beach’ access. The property was clean and the staff were very nice. The restaurant was very good. The pictures did not give a very accurate representation of the actual property. I would place this property in the motel category rather than resort.

Clean comfy place and vriendly staff.

From arrival to departure, the staff made us feel like VIP. Super accommodating for families with kids. The private beach was the best part. Not having to lug in chairs and umbrellas was a big plus. The complimentary kayaks and paddle boards were also a big plus even though I wish we were not limited and could have explored a bit. Probably a liability, I get it. The roped off swimming area in the water could use a bit of cleaning up, but to be fair I’m not sure how much control they have of lake debris and trash floating in. Drinks are pricey but one of the best martinis I’ve ever had. Breakfast was fantastic, reasonable prices. Close enough to Weir’s beach area with family friendly fun. Overall we would definitely stay again!
