"excellent would go back"

Breakfast good. Wifi in room did not work. Great location and easy walk into town. Staff very helpful and kind.

Would be nice if one of the pools was adult only and one dedicated to kids.

Location, coziness and comfort. Nice terrace (in duplex) and powerful AC on both floors. Very friendly staff - both at hotel, spa and bar

Very disappointing. Our room looked pretty nice, however it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Paid extra for a hot tub in the room. When we tried to use it lots of worms came up with the water. Needless to say, due to such unsanitary conditions we didn't use it and it felt just as a rip off. As this wasn't bad enough, the breakfast next day was horrible, cheese with mold being served to guests. Wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location. Right on the river where u can have lovely walks. The hotel is very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you.

There is nothing to dislike about BC spa

Nice and lovely welcoming! Staff was very calm and very friendly!

Breakfasts was quite average, if you're 15 minutes delayed you're not getting served anymore and not even able to get morning coffee.. instead you have to go to restaurant and order a small size very poor quality coffe for £2.50 per cup... Rooms was quite good and look lovely, however on evenings you can see lots of mosquitoes and tarracans around your room and even in bed which actually slightly might scare you away! There was 2 outdoor swimming pool, one of them was quite dirty but second one was ok! There was also small pool for kids! For early check up we have to charge extra £20 agreed price instead of half days price, even if you're 3 hours earlier.... But overall nice quite area with great view on mountains
