"The smell of the room was strong and off putting. The festoon lights kept us awake for a long time as with the curtains"

The location

It was very dated and damp with cobwebs dangling from ceilings. It absolutely reeked of damp and the bathroom was mouldy.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate lounge. So lots of space. Located on the lake with access to the walking path. The motel was on the older side, but was clean and had access to the restaurant in the next door complex. The bed was comfortable.
