Great location. The pool looked good. The lady at reception was friendly.

The WiFi cut in & out. Items were forgotten in the daily service. Rooms could do with a refresh.

"Peaceful relaxing place to stay with the pool and the use of the facilities next door."

We have stayed many times, it is right on the shore of Lake Taupo and has a very warm thermal pool making it the ideal place to stay in colder months. Good location and part of the millenium hotel although certainly not as polished. Could do with an upgrade but we enjoy staying there, great staff and always clean.

Ideal place to stay for a relaxing few days, we have stayed many times and always enjoy it. Ver warm swimming pool makes it a great place to stay during the colder months. Part of the millenium hotel but certainly not as polished, it is right on the lake front and a great base for visiting Taupo.
