good stay with the right amenities and conveniently placed

Well, I was on 2 days holiday with family and infant. We chose RG since it was an apartment with kitchen, and being with infant we could use the kitchen. However I do not feel so it was right decision, simply because: 1. It is far from beach area, market and restaurants. You need a bike or tuk-tuk to reach. 2. I was on holiday for relax.. And definitely it is not one place for indulge and refresh yourself. 3. Pattaya is an extreme city, either you do not chose to go there or you be around the extreme areas. This one is away. Choose a beach facing resort in pattaya south, may be towards north to walking street. Many good options there.

Hotel if good value for money and 1 bedroom suites have plenty of space

Location convenient as close to the Dental Clinic I visited. Would not stay there for holidays.

The residence garden is well maintained . Buffet dinner is really faboulous .There is also a family mart across the street from where you can pick up any items or even food . The breakfast is reasonable and average priced but if you are on a tight budget you can also have food from the restaurant across the street . The location of hotel is 2 km from the Famous Walking Street - you can either walk it or take a local baht taxi . The room we stayed in was a one bedroom suite , wifi connection was perfect and room was cleaned daily . At the reception staff was really helpful and always had a cheerful smile.

everything about this hotel was great!!! i will stay again when i visit pattaya thailand, no doubt about it.

Enjoyed my stay at Residence Garden, good - clean-specious rooms, clean swimming pools, good location, friendly staff. Over all good experiance.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Jomtien beach and Pattaya beach. (not Walking distends)

Booked with a little trepidation, given mixed reviews I'd read. Decided to give it benefit of doubt anyway. Glad I did too. Small & friendly hotel that delivers on its promise! Contrary to some reports, staff were friendly & helpful. Unlike some people, I didn't find communication to be problematic! Room very clean & hotel generally higher standard than its tariff suggests. I found food very good & the weekend 'all you can eat' buffet dinner was great value considering it extends to beef steaks, pork ribs, monster prawns, etc. The poolside location of the restaurant was nice too. Big bed, slightly firm for my taste, but certainly didn't prevent me sleeping after good night out! Only gripe was lack of water pressure on shower, water was hot enough, just a little limp for my taste! Location was good with a 7/11 directly across the road to buy everything that's in your minibar for a lot less! Although 'Walking Street' bars were walkable, the City Bus (open backed tuk tuk style) opposite hotel runs frequently & costs just 10bht per person, so not worth risking heat. Get it back & you'll pay same and save on 200bht taxi!!! Tip: Walk out Beach Rd end of Walking St, turn immediate right, then right at traffic lights ahead, the City Bus tuk tuk's will be on other side of street facing way home. On balance, most things were either very good or more than adequate, so I'm willing to forgive them one failing, especially at the price. I'd have no hesitation in going back.
