The Residence Garden

I visited this place around mid August'13, the hotel was nice and so were the staff. We took a suite as we were four friends travelling. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Also both the pools outside were supremely clean which did help after the salty water of pattaya! The only drawback was that its slightly away from the Pattaya City Centre although a walking distance from the fab walking street! Overall it was nice

Room was exactly what we wanted. Situated between Jomtien and Pattaya the location was ideal as long as you don't mind a "taxi truck" ride either way, only ten baht. Never tried the food, the entertainment or either of the pools although the pools were empty most of the time. The security guard was most helpful and pleasant. The lift was a bit dodgy and the cleaning although ok could of been better. On the whole very good value.

Room was large. Decor a bit dated but acceptable. The pool area was very nice, albeit a bit close to the noisy road. Dinner buffet was very good value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would have no problem staying at this hotel again. Great value for money.

The hotel and staff are great. Some of the chrges I got was over the top: 26BHT for a bucket of ice; you only get one set of towels per day, any extra towels there will be an additional charge. Overall a very nice hotel, and the food was great

My family and I stayed here for four nights and could not imagine a better time at any other place at this price. We ended up staying another two nights when the hotel dropped the price by $20 for us. We could not believe it. We were a 5 minute walk from Walking Street and 10 minute Baht bus ride from the main strip and beach. Location perfect for those who want peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach but not far enough that is will cost you to get there. We were located in the perfect spot to catch the bus all the way to Jomtien beach and a short walk to the Big Buddha and the great views. I orginally gave this hotel all five stars but I know people will think that this review is fake so I left it at four stars but this is a great hotel with an awesome staff and rooms that are priced well below the others.

stayed feb 9th for 3 weeks. weather fab location fab 5mins into pattaya 5 mins to jomtien. residendent garden very private and secure. 2 nice pool areas, 1 in frount of hotel 1 out back of hotel. staff ok. security guards very nice. all in all hotel and grounds and rooms great. will stay again. excellent value for money

The hotel staff and house keeping were great. My room was very large and comfortable. About 9 blocks from walking street, and the beach. I would stay there next time I am in Pattaya.
