✅ Location of the hotel. ✅ Food and staff especially Gorka. ✅ Van service to ski area.

❌ Receptionist guy negative energy.

The location is great, the van drivers that shuttle you to the lifts were excellent and helpful the front desk staff was super nice, the rooms were a good value

There's a picture of a nice pool on the website. which I factored into our decision to stay there but it doesn't exist. Supposedly there is some sort of hot tub in the spa but that's not open to the hotel guests you have to book as spa appointment and even then the front desk acknowledged it's not really a pool. There is no restaurant for dinner, they have a neighboring Hotel send over food which they put out buffet style. If you're coming here to ski and don't plan to spend much time in the hotel itself it's a good value If you're expecting Hotel amenities then the offering is pretty thin here.

La ubicacion

A las 4:45 de la mañana me entra alguien desconocido en la habitacion, para cuando me despierto y me levanto , se sale y no veo quien es dejando la luz encendida, bastante mal que acceda alguien a tu habitación a las casi 5 de la madrugada , el pestillo de la puerta no se cierra por dentro, tampoco tenia el cartelito para no molestar para colgarlo y el dispensador de jabon del baño estaba roto…..estuve tambien alojado en el otro que es formigal gestionado por “Sno” y la verdad que estan muy descuidados los hoteles últimamente, llevo años alojándome en estos hoteles y últimamente dejan mucho que desear.

DESAYUNOS: Muy bien a demanda la cocina para tortillas,huevos..Las maquinas de café excelentes.Bolleria muy buena Servicio espléndido.

Mejorable aunque es solo un detalla la falta de dispensador de champú en la ducha,está al extremo de la encimera del lavabo, no siendo asequible desde la ducha..Mejorable la encimera del lavabo que es de madera, con lo cual tiene cierto deterioro ,debía se de piedra.Y un mejor cierre de la bañera ya que se moja el suelo del baño

Desayuno muy limitado para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Se confundieron con el precio de mi habitación, tuvieron que compensarme por un cálculo erróneo. No nos hicieron la habitación uno de los tres días que estuvimos. En general estaba sucio el hotel. No era lo que fue en un tiempo no muy lejano.
