One of the worst experience

Extremely dirty and unsafe conditions.

Bed bug infestation, never cleaned, dangerous area.

I booked this hotel because it looks good when I saw it on Expedia , however it’s sheltered by homeless people dirty and unsafe. I immediately called Expedia to change my booking to different hotel even I was will to pay more for cost difference, Expedia refused me and I literally booked another hotel through Expedia an hour later out of my expenses because I didn’t feel safe to stay in that hotel. Expedia should understand reasonable situation and help loyal customers like myself. Please see my records that I have used Expedia it tell the story.

This place horrible, dirty, hotel didn't provide me towels. Wen i asked i was told to wait for hours keeping starts 10am. I had meeting 7am, i went without shower. This place very filthy. Unsafe. Dont sell this hotel online.

Terrible!!! Bugs in the bed and on the floor! Black mold in the bathroom under the sink! Wallpaper peeling! Lock on the door missing! The man at the desk was 3 days new so the service was extremely slow---20 min to check in, not including my own.

Dirty

Dirty dark room. Cockroaches crawling everywhere. Unwashed bedsheets. Yellow stains on pillows and bedding. Hair in the bathroom along with dead cockroaches. So disgusting we could not even stay.
