Terrible , I couldn’t stay

Infested with cockroaches and bed bugs

The room has the cockroaches, was dirty, bathroom was also dirty. Blanket was so dirty, terrible. I didn’t stay before in like this apartment. It was worst experience in my life. I also requested on 25 of july to change the hotel but they said we can’t now.

The property is terribly unsafe and very very dirty! Broken furnitures, bugs and cockroaches and bugs are in the ground and in the bed. The lobby is stinky and not enough lightning in the hallway. Absolutely unhelpful front-desk and totally zero customer service! You should not include this place to your list of hotels. This is where the drug dependent people are housed and this is not considered as a hotel! Please REFUND MY MONEY!

What I didn't like: First room we got the deadbolt was smashed in and broken off, not a good start so we asked for another room. Second room had a dent right next to the light switch, the entrance light was burnt out, one of the bathroom lighbulbs were missing, puncture or stab marks in the bed sheets/ also dirty, T.V didn't work with cable box, drywall peeling in multiple places, drawers were pretty much destroyed; missing handles and floor pannels, power outlets were either smashed in or missing covers, stains everywhere around the room. The area around was super sketchy too, but I guess thats to be expected in downtown Winnipeg. Was slated for a 2 night stay, but only stayed for 1. Overall bad experience. Wouldn't ever come back.

Property was infested with roaches. Fridge didn't work and TV had about 20 black burnout holes in it. Spoke to manager on that shift and he seemed to not care about anything. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

Half the outlets in the room didn’t work. One lamp didnt have a light bulb at all and the other lamp was a dead light bulb. Tv remote didn’t work. Dresser drawers were missing the bottom of the drawer and the handles to the drawers. Overall terrible experience very very poor room management
