The small room, no information of food places near by, bad shower pressure, no hair dryer, hair on the bathroom floor. For $160 I could of probably got a better place to stay

The receptionist in the morning was friendly and helpful when we dropped off our luggage; she also promised to ring us if the room was ready prior to 2pm, as we were a bit travel weary.
However, when we arrived at 2 pm to check in, the staff had changed, and we were told, with little empathy, that our room was not ready until 3 pm. This was annoying, but not a deal breaker.

The location was amazing! So central to so many great eateries and other locations including the waterfront. The accommodation was spacious which was awesome for us.
A few of the floors creaked which disturbed sleep for others and the shower head was broken which kept sliding down causing us to crouch under the shower head or hold it up with one hand.

Lots of space. Good kitchen.
Very tired looking. Blinds didn't work upstairs, wardrobe door was broken. Shower was weak. Noisy even with windows closed.
