Love the location most of all. Walking distance to everything, New World Metro, cable car, Beehive, train station, Hnry Stadium and yummy eateries!!
The shower head was broken; it didn't stay up. The microwave was missing a foot on the base so it was wobbly. There were cobwebs on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Spacious 2 bedroom appartement, convenient location
Wonder what it's like in heavy rain...steep hill next to the apartment had me worried about drains which looked like it was blocked by leaves

Very comfortable rooms and a lot of space for the whole family. Centrally located and easy to find.
The space was very cold on arrival and the only space heaters were upstairs so the downstairs was difficult to warm up. Additionally there were stairs into the kitchen and bathrooms which for my elderly parents felt very unsafe.

"Great location, great sized, comfy beds, but 'underground' living areas not nice and was dated."

Chose this for the excellent location and the size of the apartment. Very comfortable beds.
Didn't like the 'underground' feeling of the living areas. Apartment complex looks tired and dated.
