The size of the apartment was great
It was difficult to find down a small alley way took us an hour of driving in the rain to find it. We arrived at 10:30 at night with small kids to discover due to pipe maintenance our room had no water, this was upsetting for our freezing children as they couldn’t shower or even fill up there drink bottles after a long day of traveling from Australia. We had to park on the street a long way up the road as our hire car would of been too high for the designated parking area

Location and size of apartment. And they prioritise our room for a slightly earlier check in so we could put our baby down for a nap.
Some areas could use some maintenance and bathroom could use an exhaust fan as there is no ventilation in there.

Great location, that's 100% for sure, near to everything else.
There is NO window that can open in both bedrooms, and the paint smell is really strong, not comfortable.

location was great. could walk around downtown, to uni, botanic gardens, parliament. its upstairs in a little courtyard which had several restaurants. food court across the road. pre paid parking building across the road. very clean. location and convenience and price were great the bathroom was upstairs with the bedrooms.
the decor is getting a little tired - however didn't really care. our plug in the bathroom didn't work - someone came to fix it right away, but I thought maybe the cleaning staff might have noticed and arranged it to be fixed before hand. the couch downstairs really is too small to sleep on. There was a bit of road noise - trucks etc - outside our window from about 5 am. If you can't handle stairs its not for you - internal stairs, and stairs to access the apartment.
