A nice cabin just outside the National park entrance

All fine lighting a little confusing but we sorted it

The cabin was old,dirty, and dark. The picture shown on the website is definitely not the cabin we stayed in.

Location is amazing! Right outside the gates of Mt. Rainier.

The location was good

The floors were terrible -.they sloped down causing my grandson to fall. He fell into a chair and split his lip open.

Unfortunately, my stay at this accommodation was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below an acceptable standard. The bed sheet was dirty, inside out, and looked as if it had simply been turned over instead of properly washed and replaced. On top of that, it was smaller than the mattress, so it constantly came loose during the night. There was an unbelievable amount of dirt and dust under the bed, clearly showing that the area had either never been cleaned or had not been cleaned for a very long time. The toilet bowl was also dirty upon arrival. The coffee machine still contained old coffee residue and used tea bags, which was very unhygienic. Another serious issue was that the entrance door could not be locked from the outside, which created a major security concern. The television was completely unusable because no channels or programs could be started. Finally, the kitchen unit was in very poor condition and literally falling apart. Although the accommodation is located near the border of the national park, the quality absolutely did not match the price of $157 per night. I did not expect luxury from a two-star hotel, but I certainly did not expect such a level of dirtiness and poor maintenance. I have photo documentation of all these issues attached.

Kimberly - the manager was so eager to please. We had a problem with the tv - and she and the handyman tried to get it to work - but when they couldn’t - she offered us to move to another cabin where the tv worked - or even to just go watch it in the other cabin. Location of these cabins is great ! Right next to the entrance of mt Rainier national park !

No door on the bathroom. A toaster in the kitchen would be nice .

Room hadn't been cleaned. Spiderwebs on bed and furniture. Bedsheets were dirty. Debris from previous people that stayed. Including a Corona beer in the moldy fridge. We had to clean the bathroom. Spiderwebs in the shower and a soap wrapper on the drain from previous people. Dealing with booking and Gateway because someone messed up on Payment. So now I have 2 charges totaling almost $400 dollars and both are playing the blame game. I just want my money back.

Estaba sucio, pobre calefacción, ropa de cama sucia, pisos sin limpiar. Es muy lamentable no me gusta dejar malas reseñas, espero puedan renovar sus cabañas.
