Hotel Lilium Valley Ollantaytambo

Nice location, clean, and great value for the price. On the opposite side of town to the train station which takes you to Machu Picchu (~25min walk). The owners were so kind and helpful and worked to communicate even with our limited spanish speaking abilities.

I would love to stay at this place for longer. It’s relaxing and staff were helpful and friendly.

The owner of the property was amazing and very kind. He helped me to find drivers to Cusco airport from Ollantaytambo and prepare the breakfast for me to take when I had to catch a 5 am train. The place is next to the mountain and very peaceful... Thank you for hosting me.

I had a great night. The proprietor was a kind, jovial, and friendly gentleman who speaks Spanish, French, and English. I enjoyed chatting with him and I loved the ambience of this quaint hotel. The shower was a perfect temperature and the bed was comfortable. 5+ stars for sure.

A pleasant hotel located close to the town's main square, where we stayed two times when travelling to/from Macchu Picchu. The overall ambience is good, with the rooms all on one level level and set around a lawn and garden across from the breakfast room. The hosts were most hospitable. All that said, I thought perhaps the place could do with a bit more TLC, with issues such as leaky showers and hot water running hot and cold. Perhaps the worst for me were some low door-heights within the rooms, often combined with steps meaning I bumped my head more than once.

The host was very friendly and respectful. We speak little English and he was vey patient with our questions. We were staying one night but needed parking for 2. He didnt charge for the extra night of parking so we tipped him the equivalent!

A great place with bungalows on two floors surrounding an inside garden. Nice to be able to sit and relax. Comfortable room and clean. Nice sitting room. Excellent hosts informative and helpful. Definitely recommended. The only glitch was the farm next-door and roosters crowing from 4 AM

Hotel has nice setup with a grassy courtyard in the middle. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was good - complete with made to order eggs. The location is very convenient to the town square and exploring the sites.

Excellent family run hotel, friendly staff that bend over backwards to make you feel at home. We took cooking lessons with the in-house chef and laughed a lot. The manager Jessie is very friendly and will do anything to make you happy. Staff are always willing to help no matter what the hour or the request.
