The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool - The Coaching Inn Group

There was no information given on the website or in communication before our stay about how to reach the car park. We ended up parking in the local pay lot and walking to the hotel to inquire, finding the entry as we walked towards the front door. Since we had approached the town from the other direction, there was no chance to know that the car park was accessed via a one way street facing opposite of our travel....

Staff were brilliant, food was honestly one of the best pies I've had in months room was well stocked and extremely comfortable, it was in a very convenient location, my only complaint was the sound of traffic but nothing you can do about that so imo top marks

Traffic is annoying but not really that big a deal

Het valt op dat je als Booking.com klant steeds ‘n kamer krijgt die op de bovenste etage helemaal weggestopt is. Kamer zelf was oké, maar dat gesleep met de koffers als er geen lift is!?

Just used the hotel for a one night stopover, room was large and clean, lovely hot shower
