The female staff was very friendly. The male colleagues were pretty unfriendly. We did neither feel welcome during check-in and during breakfast.

Staff great, pub great, food good, room clean and tidy.

Bath/ shower a little bit tight. Couldn’t open windows in bathroom.

Comfortable, clean, good additional features in the room like good coffee, bottles of water. Pleasant staff and parking good. Pleasant atmosphere and good food. Enjoyable stay and staff listened and responded to requests.

Staff were lovely room and bed were also fantastic

With my stay I was on the top floor , my only problem was it was boiling in the room even with the windows open and fan on .

"Functional, good staff and good food"

Location …. In town centre and suited our ‘travelling’ holiday

The hotel requires a total spruce up, all communal areas were tatty, carpets in poor condition . Room decor was better

Room very good and clean. Breakfast was lovely and staff were excellent. As it was hot fan in room and was on when we arrived which was good
