Have stayed many hotels and villas all over the world and this is definitely not a 5 star. First night ordered room service and ended up sick for two days. My husband complained and all they offered was to provide a lift to a clinic. Still had to pay the food bill, although the food was bad. Breakfast food was very limited with little variety and below average. Also not enough tables to seat their guest. Last morning had to wait to be able to sit and eat breakfast. Room was nice and pool area ok but very small pool. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The bathroom had a horrid odour, but I guess that was the smell of the water... Not nice! The room needs a full length mirror. When I asked for a gin and tonic, the answer was well you can have gin but we have run out of tonic. But no offer to go get some, and its not difficult to keep the bar stocked and not far to go to the nearest seven eleven! Food was very disappointing. The staff friendly and tried their best within their range of knowledge.

staff were very friendly, service is very good. However, the private pool is indoor. hence was not able to enjoy a private swim under the sun. Location is secluded. Got to get the hotel staff to drive out, else nothing (no shops and restaurants) within walkable distance.

We had a wonderful time with just enough privacy and yet were never left unattended when we needed assistance. The staff are attentive and very friendly. We truly enjoyed the suite and will be back again. Highly recommended.

We have enjoyed our stay at our one bedroom pool villa. The location of the hotel is superb as the beach is within walking distance. The staffs are very friendly. Definitely would like to stay in the same hotel should we visit Bali again.
