A lovely warm welcome. Offered tips for our stay. Parking on site. Our room was amazing, spotless and well equipped. Hotel itself was fabulous. Can’t fault anything. Breakfast 5stars.

"Reasonable B+B for a 3 star"

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and dairy free alternatives were provided for my husband.

The shower in the king double room needed some maintenance - the rain shower wasn't working and the height alteration slider for the smaller shower head wouldn't grip so had to be used sat at the bottom.

We liked everything about this hotel. The hosts were so friendly and the breakfast both mornings were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. We will definitely back next time we come to stay in Blackpool.

"Peaceful nights stay"

The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Small fridge also which was a bonus. Lovely, welcoming owners who made us a great breakfast. The hotel was quiet and in a good location .

Personal preference but found the double bed mattress a bit hard.

"Great overnight stay in Blackpool"

Warm welcome from the owners. Very easy check-in process. Lovely big room (luxury king), nicely decorated and very clean. Massive television, excellent tea and coffee tray. Big walk-in shower with toiletries provided and plenty of fresh white towels. Plentiful, freshly cooked breakfast with toast and tea or coffee. Extras such as cereals, fruit and yogurts are also available. Very short walk to the tram stop to get into the main part of Blackpool, but far enough out to be extremely quiet. Had a nightcap in the bar with very reasonably priced drinks. We're hoping to get back up when the illuminations are on.
