We stayed here for 2 nights and I have to say we loved it. The place is clean,tidy,comfortable and homely. The owners Mark and Rebecca are so friendly and caring. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful our kids loved it and didnt want to leave and now we're home they've asked if they can go back tomorrow for breakfast and to stay there again 😀 I asked if some birthday banners could be put up for our sons birthday and the room looked fab they also went the extra mile and got some cupcakes for our sons birthday the best B&B with the best owners. We would just like to say thank you so much we loved it see you again soon xxxxx

We loved everything thank you

Everything! This was our second time staying and again it was fantastic. We had a lovely big comfortable family room. Especially loved the fridge in room allowing us to keep snacks/drinks etc of our own. The hosts were lovely and provided us with excellent breakfasts to set us up for the day. The location was ideal to catch a tram into town.

Room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Mark and Rebecca were always on hand for anything you needed and the hotel is very close to the Prom, breakfast excellent too.

We only booked for one night, could happily stay a week the next time

Very Spacious Room, plenty of condiments available for tea and coffee!

The bed was a little bit firm but otherwise 10/10

Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Nice and clean room. Will definitely use this accommodation again.
