Lovely couple, very warm welcome

Great warm welcome from Mark and Rebecca wonderful and comfortable hotel and breakfast and fried bread was great value for money.

Comfortable and owner’s friendly polite and professional.

Mark and Bex were very welcoming straight from our arrival. The room were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and also easter eggs for my children which was nice of them.

Friendly owners Good facilities/onsite parking Hearty breakfast which you had to select the night before Good value for money About half hour walk into town but tram stops at end of road Very disturbed sleep from outside banging signs or something (it was very windy)

Hosts very welcoming, Lovely atmosphere, Rooms clean, spacious & light. Breakfast was a 10/10. Hosts very accommodating i spoke with them about arriving late due to plans on the Saturday, that wasn't an issue & Mark checked in with us Saturday evening to make sure we were ok & if we needed anything. Will definitely be coming again, currently arranging a date with my sister in law to bring our nephew. See you soon

The friendliest welcome we’ve ever received at holiday accommodation. Fantastic facilities and the breakfast was amazing. We now have our ‘go to’ accommodation for Blackpool - we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
