We were upgraded to a larger room and the bed was comfortable Breakfast was excellent Staff very friendly

Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Bed are very comfortable and the room is perfect for our family. Room is very clean and they have all the facilities that we require including a small fridge to keep our milk for our toddler.

Only a very minor thing is during breakfast, I'm a big eater and find that my portion is not enough.

The hosts were fantastic. They made our stay incredibly comfortable and were nice, warm and welcoming we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was perfect, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. My daughter enjoyed the family play room area too and we all enjoyed the lounge / bar area on Saturday evening. It was a pleasure staying there and it encouraged us to return to Blackpool in the summer. Parking was easy, very close to a tramline stop which took around 5 minutes down and back up to Blackpool centre.

Mark & Rebecca went above and more for us, decorated daughters room as it was her 21st. Everything and more that you need in the room. Lovely Breakfast.
