Das Check-in war kompliziert da wir von der einten Unterkunft zur anderen laufen mussten. Personal wusste nichtmal welches Zimmer wir haben und musste erstmal telefonieren. Das ganze Gebäude roch nach starkem Putzmittel auch unser Zimmer. Als hätte man unnötig viel Putzmittel gesprayt aber nicht anständig geputzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, ein Licht war sogar defekt. Das Zimmer ist sehr eng und man hat gesehen dass da nicht gut geputzt wurde. Ins Badezimmer habe ich mich kaum getraut, es hatte Schimmel unterm Lavabo. Die Decke bestand aus Stahl und die Wände sind so dünn, dass wir jeden im Gang hörten. Wir waren absolut nicht zufrieden und es sieht keinesfalls aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir sind am gleichen Tag wieder abgereist, da ich keine Nacht dort aushalten könnte.

The location was fantastic, and the room was so cute with a lovely little balcony which we enjoyed sitting on to eat and read. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The wifi did not work at all. The shower was not great - it was so high up it did not have a lot of pressure and it seemed to go in a lot of different directions and covered the whole room with water including the toilet and toilet paper, and there was poor ventilation so the whole room was also covered in condensation. The check in process was not very smooth, it was self check in with a machine that had a hard time reading our passports and took a long time. We did not see initially that there was an option to select English and so we were trying to translate using google translate for ages. Also, we had seen on the Q&As for this hotel that there was luggage storage, but this is not really the case. We were told by housekeeping staff that we would need to walk to a different location to store our luggage which we did, but it was not secure storage. Perhaps the information/Q&As need to be updated.
