La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era abbastanza grande, pulita e ben organizzata. Colazione discreta anche se non molto varia, davvero apprezzabile la presenza di prodotti gluten free e latte senza lattosio.

Il checkin un pò macchinoso in quanto è fatto in self-service e non sempre funzionante. Però l'assistenza da remoto è celere e professionale.

We had a wonderful stay at Coozy Rooms. Everything was very well organized, and the location was clearly explained. We stayed in room 102 with a balcony, which was a lovely extra and a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The room was cleaned every day and was always fresh and comfortable. The bathroom looked brand new. One of the best things about this accommodation is its location, you can walk straight into the city center within minutes, which made it very convenient to discover the beautiful streets, restaurants, and atmosphere of the city. The hotel is located in a quiet street, away from the busy crowds. This made the stay very peaceful, and we did not experience any noise or disturbance from people outside during the night.

Posizione, disponibilità e prontezza dello staff OTTIMI. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Lenzuola, cuscini, piumone e asciugamani puliti, bianchi immacolati.

Polvere ovunque, ventola di aspirazione del bagno non funzionante. Pareti sporche, aloni sui sanitari. Pareti non insonorizzate (davvero disagevole).
