Amaris Hotel Tendean

I figured that Amaris is just a budget hotel, but I never expected that the room and amenities are just...that. And the service was bad. There were noone when I had breakfast, I didn't know who to go to to ask for a refill.

Was great to stayed in this place. This hotel is so strategic & easy to access to embassies. :) Front desk is so helpful & kind. Room : quite clean Foods : average taste. Toilet : standard Limited parking space. Always crowded cause the hotel near flyover.

I understand it is a budget! I don't expect much however the room looks tired, very basic design that makes u feel like you are in a dormitory. No kettle pot, slippers and basic needs provided to 1 person only even though it is a double occupancy room. Rubbish isn't cleared on daily basis even they made up your room. And the price is definitely overpriced. You can find many other budget hotel in much more sleek design , with better facility. But one plus point, the front staff are all friendly. And the location is good at city centre.

Impressed by service from staff...but room is not clean and smelly...shampoo and body shampoo given is not good in smell.

Location of the hotel is next to Rasuna Said, making it easy for business meetings. Staff is friendly and responsive. While the rooms are basic, they are comfortable for business travellers who dont need the frills. Breakfast is more Indoenesian spread. The eateries around the hotel is walking distance too.

Friendly staff, good food, clean room, good location, closed to every where. Very recommended. Adviced to come earlier since they've limited parking area. Will come back soon. And their oxtail soup was very recommended. Last... Strong wifi

The hotel is very pleasant, very affordable and the breakfast is elementary and good. The room was fine, but a little run down and just a bit dirty, but this did not make a negative impact on me. It might on those who prefer their rooms to be immaculate.

This was my first experience to stay at Amaris Hotel, and unfortunately it was unpleasant. The bathroom didn't have any trash bin. Cheap toothbrush & paste was not recommended to use, better you bring your personal one. The worst thing happened was the shower didn't work. The mechanic comes to fix it, but he never took off the shoes in the bathroom. After he left, the bathroom was very messy and dirty like I don't want to take a shower anymore. Very disappointed. Nonetheless, the security was very helpful to flag a taxi for us anytime we need. You better ask them if you need one unless you want to stand on the street to try your luck.

My awful stay I might say but had no choice. Room was ok. Good enough for single occupancy, decent bathroom with amenities. Restaurant is open for 24 hours with poor both taste and selections of foods and beverages . I chosed to dine-in since the hotel is away from anywhere, unless you called a taxi or have someone to drive you to. Disappointed with breakfast selections too. Well, if you feel ok to have rice for your breakfast then it will be fine, but totally a big no no for me. Fried rice, porridge, toast, frui slices. Not recommended.

I stayed here for more than a couple times. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. This particularly comes in handy if you try to avoid 3:1 system (before 10AM and after 4.30PM). While there are other hotels within the vicinity, I think Amaris provides the best value of its guests. As with other budget hotel, the lobby was small. The room itself was also small and had thin walls. Bring earplug if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom was also small but comfortable. Their rate also included breakfast. But do not expect too much for the breakfast (we feel it was acceptable). Overall excellent value. I highly recommend people to stay here for business purposes. Also, if you drive your car here, come early as they provided only limited parking space.
