Amaris Hotel Tendean

We booked through Traveloka it costs IDR 1 million something for 3 nights once c/i every thing goes right. We share room for 3 peoples w/adds charge of breakfast costs IDR 150k/person/3 times. When we get into our room found only 2 baby bath towels and call reception for another one said we must pay 25k/towel/day, for this kind of small hotel they should not charge a towel also they never never refill tissue paper till we ask to it. After the housekeeping refresh the room they never make the room tidy. On the breakfast always got all the same, fruits, toast, chicken and tofu. When we ask the staff "what juices are they?" he said "MAYBE watermelon juice" what a surprise event the staff they do not know what food/drink they served for guests 😄peoples who want to stay at this hotel please please think twice the service was poor definitely need training for their staff, as well as this hotel located in the center of traffic jump, always take 1-2 hours if you want to go to Ambasador Mall. I really NOT recommend this hotel for your stay in Jakarta.

I stay here for one night and do the check in very late, because the street toward this hotel is very crowded. The location itself was quite strategic, but due to some renovation, the rasuna said street is always crowded, therefore we have difficulty reaching this hotel. The room was clean and quite small, but the view from my room was so cool. They provide a nice breakfast with an omelette (plus point for me?) I booked this hotel online and did not have difficulty at all with the check in process.

Stay in this hotel since I have business in Balai Kartini for 2 days Staff was friendly but need to train them to let the guest do early check in esp if you have room The room was small, tv was small, bath room was quite spacious, the bed and pillow is not so comfirtable but the view from the room quite nice (level 10) Breakfast is standard, the broth of the porridge is too salty, they used margarine instead of butter The location was great near to many offices and embassies

This hotel was convenient for us because of the British embassy. Didn't seem to be any shops and restaurants nearby.

Actually, this should we call Low Budget Hotel. But, its near any strategic location, and highway. Near kuningan city. Breakfast is less of variant menu. When you stay in this hotel, you have to keep your voice low, cause when you talk with high voice, every one can hear your voice from the outside room. Thanks

I came to this hotel because I was late to go home. Thanks to them, they still had available room an welcoming at midnight. My first impression to the hotel is not bad for a budget hotel. The room is clean (but i still find some dust in several place). Bathroom is clean but lack of amenities. We stayed for 2 pax but they 2 toothbrush, 1 toothpaste, and 1 slippers. (So we shared the slipper when we got breakfast) The breakfast menu is a budget hotel standart, nothing special. But all above, we've got amazing view from the room.

I came here at very late nite, so not to clearly on details. But as I see -for 3 (or Trip Advisor says 2,5) stars hotel- it's good enough, fair price, clean, humble and silent. Room is clean but colorless. Bathroom is clean but minus in hotwater. No coffee nor tea served.. 😧
